在不正确的位置建造房屋的后果是灾难性的，代价也是非常昂贵的。

我们还准备了一份层叠的平面图，清楚地显示了建筑周边的钉桩位置和尺寸。

到边界的高度

We have extensive experience in providing Height in Relation to Boundary and Maximum Height Certifications for various buildings and structures. Council always requires one (or both) of these certifications for the new house or addition to be signed off. And often, if a building is designed close to (or over) the limit, a check on these items is required at the building consent stage.

Infringements to both Height to Boundary and Maximum Height regulations may be approved under a Resource Consent, but these are usually restricted to specific limits. Extra care must be taken to stay within these parameters.

We offer pre-consent checks and certifications, as well as inspections during the “framed up” stage of construction to address any issues early, allowing for timely corrections if needed.

An As-Built Survey provides an accurate record of completed civil works, including public drainage, roading, driveways, services, and certain structures.

Councils require As-Built Plans to be completed and signed by a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor. All relevant details, including coordinates, are recorded and supplied for council review. This data is then used to update the council’s GIS database of public assets.

Determining rentable areas involves precise internal measurements of buildings, typically for commercial properties being leased or rented.

Measurements and area calculations are performed using the latest “Guide for the Measurement of Rentable Areas” (Revised March 2023) by the Property Council and Property Institute of NZ.

This guide has replaced the older “BOMA/PLEINZ” standard, though the term “BOMAs” is still commonly used.

We produce detailed floor plans with area calculations, which are suitable for rental assessment and related purposes.
