Expert Services Delivered
Winton required comprehensive surveying services, starting with topographical surveys that guided the rest of the survey process.
Topographical Survey
Kiwi Vision began with a detailed topographical survey to map key site features and levels. The data gathered would inform the foundation for subdivision design, consent requirements, and engineering layouts.
Resource Consent (Scheme Plan, Planning Support)
Our planning and surveying professionals prepared a scheme plan with supporting documentation. Working closely with council planners and Winton’s project team, we managed planning requirements relevant to Hobsonville Point’s design brief and general stormwater, access, and other guidelines.
Subdivision – Freehold & Unit Title
The finished development consists of 25 terraced townhouses, issued as freehold titles, and 4 apartments issued as unit titles. Kiwi Vision managed all surveying requirements for both title types, from boundary definition to final council certifications.
Civil Engineering Design & Supervision
Our civil engineering team designed key infrastructure, including accessways, drainage systems, and service connections. Throughout construction, we provided supervision and technical oversight to confirm that all works met engineering standards and council requirements.
Surveying – Setout, Height Checking & As-Builts
As construction kicked off, Kiwi Vision provided precise setout and height checks to inform building and infrastructure placement. As-built surveys for drainage and other services were also documented for future maintenance and council approval.
The Result
The collaborative effort between Winton, site managers, solicitors, and Kiwi Vision resulted in a well-executed development delivered within firm timeframes. The completed neighbourhood now provides a range of modern housing options, where between 25 terraced townhouses are Freehold titles and 4 Unit title apartments.
