A twenty six lot subdivision in the fast growing suburb of Hobsonville Point, this project took just over 2 years to complete and is situated on a site which used to be barracks for the airforce.
Kiwi Vision was engaged by Winton for the duration of the project to provide surveying services, planning support and civil engineering services.
The finished development contains 25 terraced townhouses where titles have been created as Freehold titles and 4 apartments for which titles have been created as Unit Titles.
As is usual for most developments there were time constraints which required the client, site managers, solicitors and Kiwi Vision to have a clear vision of the end goal and deadline date.
