The site’s proximity to a narrow stream posed unique challenges. As part of the resource consent process, we conducted a comprehensive flood assessment to evaluate potential water levels during major storm events. To ensure safety, any dwelling built on this site must be elevated above the pre-determined flood level.
Tree Removal for Improved Access
A street tree needed to be removed to enable driveway access. Our team collaborated with Auckland Transport to secure the necessary consent and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
Despite the unique challenges presented by the site, the project was completed, resulting in a well-prepared, fully serviced vacant lot ready for future development.
